What You Need Before You Start
- A TheXauBot account — Sign up free with Google
- An active EA Airtime subscription
- MetaTrader 5 (MT5) installed on your PC or VPS
- A Forex broker account that supports MT5
Step 1: Download the EA File
After purchasing Airtime, go to Member Dashboard → My EA and click Download EA. You will receive a .ex5 file — do not rename it.
Step 2: Place the EA in the Correct Folder
Open MT5, then click File → Open Data Folder. Navigate to MQL5 → Experts and paste the .ex5 file there.
Step 3: Refresh and Attach the EA
- In MT5, press F5 or right-click Navigator → Refresh
- Find your EA under Expert Advisors
- Drag the EA onto your chart (recommended: XAUUSD M1)
- In the settings window, enable Allow Automated Trading
- Click OK
Step 4: Activate with Your License Key
Enter your License Key from the Member Dashboard into the EA input fields. The EA will verify your Airtime online — make sure your PC/VPS has an internet connection.
Step 5: Verify the EA is Running
You should see a smiley face icon ☺ in the top-right corner of the chart. If you see a sad face ☹, check that AutoTrading is enabled in the MT5 toolbar.
Common Issues & Fixes
- "DLL calls not allowed" — Go to Tools → Options → Expert Advisors → check "Allow DLL imports"
- EA not showing in Navigator — Refresh Navigator or restart MT5
- License error — Double-check your License Key in the Member Dashboard
